This Starbucks Pink Drink recipe copycat is a refreshing drink that also looks good on your social media page. The strawberry flavors mixed with coconut milk creates a tasty drink that will quickly become your favorite.

Who doesn’t love a yummy iced beverage? This secret menu item at Starbucks has a fruity flavor and is a pretty color. We came up with our own Starbucks pink drink recipe that tastes like the actual drink and will save you so much money.

Starbucks Pink Drink Copycat in a plastic cup

You may have heard of this secret menu drink at Starbucks before, but if you haven’t, their Pink Drink is their Strawberry Açaí refreshers mixed with coconut milk and passion fruit with a scoop of strawberries on top. The Starbucks secret menu is actually pretty well known, but their Pink Drink is the most popular fruity mocktail recipes. It tastes just like a drinkable pink Starburst.

This drink is perfect for summer because it is so refreshing. I can just imagine sitting in my backyard, sipping this drink. Our Blue Lagoon Mocktail and Strawberry Mocktail are two other delicious summer drinks.

I think this copycat Pink Drink would be super fun to have at a Pool Party or barbecue. Another fun recipe to try at a summer party is our Summer Charcuterie Board recipe.

    What you need

This is such a simple recipe and it only has three ingredients. What is even better is that you can find them at your local grocery store. Another easy recipe you must try out is our non alcoholic mulled wine.

    Freeze dried strawberries

Freeze dried strawberries are easiest to use for this recipe because you never have to worry about them going bad. It can be hard to perfectly time when to make this drink when you are reliant on fresh strawberries. They also rehydrate when placed in the drink, which gives the beverage even more flavor.

Another fruity drink you should try is our Fresh Raspberry Mocktail. We use fresh raspberries and it is super refreshing, just like this pink drink.

    Strawberry fruit smoothie concentrate

Strawberry fruit smoothie concentrate has two purposes. One, it gives the drink its strawberry flavor. Two, it gives the drink its pink color.

This fruit concentrate is key when it comes to this pink beverage. If you are a big strawberry fan, you should check out our Virgin Strawberry Margarita. It has a special twist that you HAVE to check out.

    Coconut milk

Creamy coconut milk is what makes the Strawberry Acai refreshers beverage a pink drink. It give the drink its beautiful pink shade and makes it a sweet drink that is perfect for a hot summer day. Coconut milk is a much healthier option than heavy cream.

Other milks, like almond milk, are not a good choice for this drink because with the coconut milk, it is a sweeter drink. Coconut water could also work, but for it to actually be a copycat Starbucks pink drink recipe, you will want to use coconut milk.

How to make this copycat drink

    • Fill your cup 3/4 with ice and add the strawberry smoothie puree

    • Add the coconut milk

    • Add the freeze dried strawberries and give it all a good stir

    • Finish with more freeze dried strawberries if you prefer

Top tip: Put this yummy drink in your favorite cup for an even better experience.

If you are looking for more delicious fruit drinks, this wild blueberry smoothie is fantastic!

What is the dragon drink at Starbucks?

If you aren’t a strawberry fan, you should try the “Dragon Drink.” Instead of using the Strawberry Acai refresher, this drink mixes their Mango Dragonfruit refresher with coconut milk. There is also a “Purple Drink,” which is their passion iced tea, soy milk, and vanilla syrup, with either blueberries or blackberries.

How do you order from the Starbucks secret menu?

The secret menu is really just taking the drinks they already have and customizing them. You start with the base drink and add the substitutions you want. The Pink Drink is super common, so the baristas already know that recipe, but some lesser known options will have to be ordered with all of the substitutions.

How do I store the leftovers?

If you have leftovers, put it in the fridge and finish it later in the day. The longer the freeze dried strawberries stay in the drink the soggier they will become, so you will want to finish it sooner than later.

Wow, this is going to save me so much money. When you say copycat, you aren’t lying!! It tastes just like Starbucks’ pink drink. I made this for me and my husband took a sip and ended up drinking my entire drink!! So it is a big hit at my house haha.
