It is fresh, FAST and one of the best fruity mocktail recipes! It is one of my favorite summer mocktails like our our blue lagoon mocktail and goes great on a barcart with our mimosa mocktail, non-alcoholic gin and tonic and non-alcoholic vodka martini mocktail.
Similar to our virgin margarita, virgin strawberry margarita mocktail or non-alcoholic pina colada, the fresh fruit flavor makes this the perfect drink to quench your thirst on a hot summer day!
There are also tasty non alcoholic drinks for the holiday season too. We love our non alcoholic mulled wine recipe for the holidays. I love how different kinds of drinks create the atmosphere of the season!
While I used raspberries and lemon (like you use in this cucumber lemon mint water), you could certainly give strawberries and limes a try too (like we do in our ginger beer mocktail)! Feel free to get creative with any fruit and citrus flavors YOU personally love. Add a sprig of fresh mint to up the fancy drink factor.
What you need:
This easy recipe only requires a few simple ingredients:
- raspberry simple syrup (I recommend making your own simple syrup)
- muddled fresh raspberries
- non-alcoholic gin
- ice
- tonic water (Fever Tree highly recommended)
- lemon (our lemon mocktail is also great)
- fresh raspberries and lemon garnish
How to make it
Step 1: Start by adding 1 Tbls raspberry syrup to a tall glass
Step 2: Add 1 Tbls fresh muddled raspberries
Step 3: Give the glass a one fluid ounce shot of non-alcoholic gin alternative
Step 4: Fill the glass 2/3 full of ice cubes
Step 5: Top with tonic water (sparkling water or club soda can also be used) and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice
Step 6: Garnish with fresh raspberries and a lemon slice
So what is the best mocktail?
While this delicious raspberry mocktail is really good and kids especially love it, I also have some other favorite drinks. Our non-alcoholic White Russian is creamy and cool.
I also love this non-alcoholic Prosecco drink, Strawberry Mocktail and this non-alcoholic Bloody Mary mocktail. If mocktail making is new to you, we show you exactly how to make the perfect mocktail every time!
