If you find that the dino nuggets stick to the air fryer basket, you can spray the tray with some olive oil or cooking spray, but it is not necessary. You can also use parchment paper to keep the air fryer dino nuggets from sticking to the basket.
How do you cook dino nuggets in the air fryer?
Before cooking you will need to preheat the air fryer, which does not take too much time. The heating time usually takes about 3-5 minutes.
Place the parchment paper down or spray the air fryer tray with cooking spray, if desired.
Then, you will place the chicken nuggets in the air fryer tray. Be sure that there is a single layer of dino nuggets.
Cook for 14 minutes at 400 degrees. Make sure the internal temperature is 165 degrees. You can use a meat thermometer to check.
Pick out your favorite dipping sauce and you are good to go. If you want, you can serve them with french fries, sweet potato fries, or any side you prefer.
How long do you cook frozen nuggets in the air fryer?
It only takes 14 minutes at 400 degrees to cook frozen nuggets in the air fryer. Make sure there is a single layer of dino nuggets so they can cook evenly.
Top Tip: If you find the frozen nuggets are not cooked all of the way, you can put them back in the air fryer for a few more minutes.
How do you reheat leftovers?
One of the great things about an air fryer is how well you can reheat leftovers.
To reheat the dino nuggets, cook them at 350 degrees for about 3-5 minutes or until thoroughly hot. Reheating them in the air fryer will make them crispier than reheating in the microwave.
Another yummy recipe that is super good reheated is my Easy Frozen Egg Rolls in Air Fryer recipe.
