Gluten-Free Christmas Crack
- 1 box gluten-free Glutino table crackers
- 1 c salted butter
- 1 c brown sugar
- 2 c chocolate chips
- Pre-heat oven to 325°FLine a large baking pan with aluminum foil and spray the foil with non-stick cooking sprayNext, line the pan with gluten-free Table crackersMeanwhile, place the butter and brown sugar in a pot over medium-low heatWhisk until the butter is meltedOnce melted, bring to a boil for 2-3 minutes whisking constantlyRemove pan from heat and pour evenly over crackersSpread mixture with a spatulaBake for 7-9 minutes at 325 degreesRemove pan and allow to cool 2 minutesMeanwhile, melt the chocolate and then pour over the top with a spatulaPlace in the freezer for 30 minutes to an hourOnce chocolate has hardened break pieces off the foil and plateThis candy will stay fresh for 1 – 2 weeks
