Are there gluten-free tortillas that are also grain free?
Yes there are brands like Siete who make gluten-free and grain free tortillas. They’re made from almond flour, cassava flour, and/or coconut flour for a paleo and gluten-free tortilla. Some brands also use chickpea flour, tapioca flour, or tapioca starch.

Mission
Mission’s gluten-free tortillas are the closest option to the classic flour tortillas. This brand has been around for years and extended their expertiece to gluten-free tortillas. Made with food starch, rice flour, and tapioca starch, Mission tortillas are always a good choice.
La Tortilla Factory
La Tortilla Factory offers a wide variety of gluten free tortillas. From cauliflower wraps to gluten-free wheat flour wraps, La Tortilla Factory has you covered. Their cassava flour tortillas are my favorite for burritos but you can’t go wrong with any.
