This meal is elegant enough to serve at a special holiday gathering but it isn’t too tough to make.
This savory cheesecake with bacon crust is so rich and buttery thanks to the Crunchmaster® Crackers we used.
For those of you who are can’t eat gluten like me, you will appreciate that they are gluten-free, non-GMO and full of flavor.
Many of their products are also 100% whole grain, low in sugar, free of saturated and trans fats, or
vegan to fit all your guests’ dietary needs. Nobody should be left out during the holidays. Am I right?
I mean, just look how gorgeous these girls are and nobody is left out. Speaking of inclusion, I wanted to throw this beautiful brunch for my sweet friend Nancy who owns the cutest little shop, Cosy.
Nancy has two of the sweetest employees so it was my honor to cook for them and create a warm and cozy space they could gather in and celebrate their success for the year.
This party theme began with these gorgeous Christmas tree signs. They are so pretty and unique, I knew I wanted to style something around them.
My cousin of Generation Farmhouse actually made them. She makes so many great things!
The winter greenery and modern trees in my friend Nancy’s shop this time of year went along perfectly with the theme.
When the gals arrived, I had a festive mocktail waiting for them. I simply served up my favorite Dry Sparkling cranberry soda over fresh cranberries.
To take it up a notch, simply place a white rock candy sucker in the cup as well. Green cups like these make the drinks even more festive!
If you want something a bit more rich, I love this cranberry Christmas White Russian mocktail.
My friend Shanan of Enchanted Cookie Boutique also made up this edible cookie wreath for us to serve before the meal alongside the mocktails.
I highly recommend having something fun to drink and a little treat or snack when guests arrive. It gives them the chance to mingle and visit in a casual environment. Lots of little green foliage and branches liven up this cosy Christmas party. I love the pine branches with pinecones attached in a bundle inside a vase like you see below.
I also love using green and white bottle brush trees to add height to our table and decor. This thick red and cream table runner added a bit of color and texture to the table. When the gals made their way over to our table, I made sure that each seat was set and ready to go. On top of each pretty holiday plate was a mini wood charcuterie and cheese board.
For these individual cheese boards, I included a chunk of hard parmesan and Swiss cheese as well as salami and Crunchmaster Artisan Four Cheese Rice Crackers.
These crackers really are made with the very best ingredients, and are the perfect accompaniment to holiday spreads. I also had some sweet treats on the table to snack on as well. Our cranberry Christmas crack was a huge hit!

People love taking home goodies that were featured on the menu. I simply tied on a pretty calligraphy tag and boom! They are all ready to gift. Now how about that savory cheesecake with bacon recipe right? It is so rich and filling that you hardly need any other things on the menu.
Feel free to dress it up with red and green diced peppers for a really festive look or just keep it simple with chopped bacon and green onions.Print
This savory cheesecake with bacon is so delicious with it’s rich and buttery crust. It also happens to be gluten-free and not too tough to make.
- 3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 C bacon, chopped and divided
- 1 C frozen corn
- 1/4 C whipping cream
- 1/2 C parmesan, shredded
- 1/2 C Swiss cheese, shredded
- 2 T sun-dried tomatoes in oil
- 1/4 C green onions, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 C butter, melted
- 6 oz. Crunchmaster herb crackers
- Garnish: Boursin cheese and chopped green onions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In a blender or food processor, crush the crackers into crumbs
- Combine the crackers and 1/2 C melted butter
- Press into a well greased springform pan
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until light and fluffy
- Mix in eggs, whipping cream, both cheeses, sun-dried tomatoes, salt, onion and garlic powders and whip until well combined
- Stir in 3/4 C bacon and green onions
- Pour cream cheese mixture into the baked cracker crust
- Bake for another 40-45 minutes or until cheesecake is golden and set where a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
- Remove from oven and allow to cool until it reaches room temperature
- Place in the fridge and cool at least 1 hour
- Once the cheesecake is cold, gently remove the springform ring
- Garnish the cheesecake with crumbled Boursin cheese, remaining 1/4 C chopped bacon and more chopped green onions
- Serve cold
Any crackers will do for this recipe but I love the robust flavor of the Crunchmaster herb crackers. I really like that they are also gluten-free.
